Kelloi is the ideal tool for flexible teams. It effortlessly tracks your team's work hours while ensuring maximum transparency.

Kelloi is right for your team if you tick any of the following boxes:

  • Implementing flextime, requiring certain average hours while offering flexibility.
  • Currently using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notepad, or pen and paper for time tracking.
  • Needing to allocate hours to specific projects.
  • Seeking better real-time visibility of your team's timesheets.

Compliance with Regulations

In many regions, including the EU, the U.S., and Canada, employers are legally required to track employee work hours. Kelloi offers a straightforward, unobtrusive solution for complying with these regulations.

Best Practices

Maintaining a timesheet is beneficial for any team. It ensures fair treatment and compensation for employees and fosters independence among team members. They can adjust their contributions if they're below their target hours or take time to recharge after intense work periods.

No Downloads Required

Kelloi operates entirely in-browser, eliminating the need for downloads and minimizing risks to company data, with accessibility from any internet-enabled device.

Mobile Friendly

Kelloi is designed with mobile users in mind, ensuring full functionality on both mobile and desktop browsers.

How It Works

Kelloi uses time entries with a start and end. Employees can log their working times by starting and stopping a timer, selecting the current time with a click, or entering times manually. Additionally, users can categorize each time entry as desired.

Each day is also categorized, for example, as workdays, vacation days, bank holidays, sick days, flex leave, or day-offs (usually weekends). These categories influence how flextime is calculated.

Employees can be assigned weekly target hours. Their flextime (plus or minus hours) is automatically calculated based on their hour entries, day types, and target hours.

Tools for the Employee

Employees can view their current flextime balance or total hours worked on the Summary page. This feature is especially useful for those with hour targets or on hourly wages. The page also displays other relevant data for any selected period, such as hours per category.

Tools for the Admin

Admins can easily monitor team hours through the Kelloi interface. At a glance, view flextime status, project hour allocations, and accrued vacation days, sick days, etc.

Reports for multiple users are also available. This allows for insights such as hours spent in meetings by the marketing folks or internal project hours by the coding team.

Download a CSV file of all time entries for advanced analysis or backup.

Organization admins have additional options, like setting team-wide day types that automatically apply to all employees. For instance, declaring Christmas Eve as a bank holiday in the team calendar allows everyone to take the day off without affecting their flextime.

Admins can also define available categories (such as projects) for time entries. Employees can assign their hours to these categories.

There's an option to restrict editing to recent days only, providing peace of mind without the need to scrutinize old time entries for unexpected modifications.
